Return Policy

We stand behind the authenticity and quality of every luxury watch we sell. Our return policy is designed to ensure your complete satisfaction while protecting the integrity of our products.

Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 calendar days of delivery, provided the watch is in its original, unused condition with all packaging, certificates, and accessories intact. Customized or personalized pieces are non-returnable.

Return Process

1. Contact our customer service team to request a return authorization number (RAN)
2. Package the watch securely in the original packaging
3. Ship the item back using a trackable, insured courier service
4. Our quality team will inspect the returned item upon receipt

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days of inspection. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, and processing times may vary based on your financial institution.

Non-Returnable Items

Items that show signs of wear, damage, or tampering, as well as limited-edition pieces sold as "final sale", are not eligible for return. We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet our policy requirements.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange your watch for another model, please contact our customer service team to initiate the exchange process. Exchanges are subject to availability and the same eligibility criteria as returns.
